Over the weekend, Sexyy Red revealed that she’s expecting her second child. The “SkeeYee” hitmaker posted a series of photos on her Instagram, where she proudly showcased her growing baby bump. In the caption, she playfully asked, “Team Boy or Team Girl?”

Before the pregnancy revelation, it seems that the rapper had been concealing her baby bump by sucking in her tummy.

“I was pregnant asf on here trona [sic] suck my bely in…I got tired of fakin,” she admitted on Instagram

Sexyy Red is already a proud mother to her son, affectionately known as “Chuckie” or “Sexyy Junior,” who was born in 2020. Despite her fame and high-profile presence, she has chosen to shield him from the harsh spotlight of celebrity life. In interviews, she occasionally mentions him, but she’s been careful about exposing him to the public eye.

In an interview with Complex, Sexyy Red expressed her aspirations and determination to provide a better life for her son.

“I want to get on TV. I want to have a makeup line. I want to sell clothes, hair. I want some stores. I know I’m going to accomplish all of these. And just get my son out of the hood, so he don’t got to grow up in the kind of environment I did.”

In her music, particularly the track “Pound Town,” she has been candid about her desire to find a suitable father figure for Chuckie.

“I’m out here in Miami, looking for the hoochie daddies… Where the [n-word] that get ratchet, My son need a new papi.”

Unfortunately, Chuckie’s dad is currently incarcerated, which rules him out as the father of Sexyy Red’s unborn child.
