Madonna took to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday to share photos of her, Beyoncé, and their kids backstage at the singer’s New Jersey Renaissance tour stop.
The 64-year-old music icon uploaded snapshots featuring Queen Bey, as well as her daughters Mercy, 17, and twins Stella and Estere, 10. Even Beyoncé’s 6-year-old daughter Rumi joined in one of the photos.
The heartwarming photos were captured during Beyoncé’s long-awaited Renaissance World Tour, held at the iconic MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, on Sunday.
“Thank You Queen B. for your Magnificent show! My Daughters were enthralled! We Love you! ” Madonna wrote alongside a photo of the stage.
The public outing marked one of Madonna’s first since she was hospitalized for a “serious bacterial infection” last month. Throughout her recovery, her kids, including her three daughters and her sons David Banda, 17, Rocco, 22, and daughter Lourdes, 26, were “so supportive.”
On Sunday (Jul. 30), Madonna took to Instagram to express her gratitude to her kids for taking care of her after being discharged from the hospital last month.
Reflecting on her hospitalization, Madonna shared, “Love from family and friends is the best Medicine.” She added that she’s on the road to recovery and incredibly grateful for all the blessings in her life.
“As a Mother you can really get caught up In the needs Of your children and the seemingly endless giving……….. But when the chips were down my children really showed up for me. I saw a side to them I had never seen before. It made all the difference. So did the love and support from my friends,” she wrote.
Adding, “And Thank you to all my angels who protected me and let me Stay to finish doing my work!”
