CIARA AND KIDS STAR IN GAP X LOVESHACKFANCY CAMPAIGN

Ciara and her kids Future,9, and Sienna,6, star in the latest campaign for Gap and LoveShackFancy limited-edition capsule collection.

The collection, described by Gap as a blend of culture and romanticism, will combine LoveShackFancy’s vintage-inspired florals and feminine designs with Gap’s iconic styles. The limited-edition pieces will offer a range of apparel for women, men, kids, and babies.

“What I love about it is that it intersects the culture of romanticism and merges Gap’s iconic styles with LoveShackFancy’s vintage-inspired florals and feminine silhouette,” Ciara told PEOPLE in an exclusive interview.

“When you get to be a part of brands like the Gaps of the world and LoveShackFancys of the world and pour your personality into it, it’s always a dream,” she added.

Ciara also revealed that her kids were thrilled to participate in the campaign.

“They were so excited. I think what they love is when they get to be with mommy or travel with their parents,” Ciara said. “This was like a full-on experience. They were super pumped and they looked so amazing in the photos,” she says, adding that she’s “super proud of my babies.”

Interestingly, this is not Future’s first stint with Gap. He had previously appeared in a Gap campaign when he was just 3 years old.

“The craziest thing is he had done a Gap campaign when he was 3 years old,” Ciara remarked.

As fate would have it, Ciara was able to secure a spot for Sienna in this special family affair.

“I remember looking at my daughter, taking her to school and I was like, it’d be so amazing if she could do a Gap campaign one day, and, literally, I get a phone call like a week later for us to do this campaign.” 

The new collection will be available to shop online and in store starting on Friday, Aug. 4, with prices ranging from $13 to $248.
