Russell Wilson has seemingly responded to Future after the rapper dissed him on a new song.
Last week, Future released a song called “Turn Yo Clic Up,” in which he took a direct shot at Wilson, rapping, “I got it out the field, f*ck Russell.” Some fans were quick to interpret this line as a clear jab at the NFL quarterback.
While Russell didn’t immediately react to Future’s diss, he made his response apparent this week by sharing a photo of himself alongside his bonus son, Future Zahir, who is named after his biological father (Future, the rapper). In the post, Wilson wrote, “Best part of the day #DadLife.”
Fans caught wind of Russell’s subtle response with one person saying, “Future said I’m really in the field f*ck Russell.. then Russ took a pic in the field with his kid .. this uncharted territory of disrespect.”

The bad blood between Russell and Future dates back to 2015 when Wilson started dating R&B singer Ciara, shortly after her breakup with Future.
Ciara and Future got engaged in 2013 and welcomed their son, Future Zahir, in May 2014 before splitting up. According to rumors, Future, whose real name is Nayvadius DeMun Cash, had cheated on Ciara.
Despite the past conflicts, Russell Wilson has embraced his role as a stepfather to Future Zahir. Earlier this year, Wilson took the opportunity to express his love and admiration for his bonus son on his 9th birthday.
“Happy 9th Bday Young King! Future, We love you. 9 represents confidence, skill & wisdom! The last of the single digits,” Wilson wrote. “You are a Leader, Compassionate to others, an amazing big brother, and an amazing son. But most importantly you are a Child of God!”
“The big 9!!! So so proud,” Ciara commented on the post. “I love my boys so much ❤️❤️❤️”
In addition to son Future Zahir, Russell and Ciara parent daughter Sienna Princess, 6, and son Win Harrison, 3.
