Khloè Kardashian is not allowing Internet trolls to attack Blac Chyna. The Good American owner took to Instagram after critics took her comments about feeling like a “third parent” to her niece, Dream Kardashian, out of context.
The idea of Khloè serving as another caregiver to Dream was the subject of a recent episode of The Kardashians. Scott Disick was the driver of the comment that caused so much controversy.
“You’re basically somewhat of a co-parent to Dream,” Scott told Khloè during the episode. “You’re, like, more than an aunt,” he added. Disick went on to classify Kardashian as a “third wheel” with Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna serving as the other two wheels.
Some viewers took Disick’s comment as a jab at Blac Chyna. Khloè Kardashian addressed the scrutiny on her Instagram Story on Thursday (Jul. 13).
“It saddens me to see clickbait headlines that are taken out of context or twisted to be something it’s not,” Khloè shared. “Rob is doing the best he can as a parent and in life. Angela is doing the best she can as a parent and in life,” the Good American owner said.
“I am doing the best I can as a parent and in life. We are ALL trying to do our best in life,” Khloè added. “Our children are healthy and happy! Most of all they are LOVED!! LOVED by everyone in our tribe.”
Kardashian went on to rebuke those who attempted to create a narrative that pitted her against Dream’s mother.
“I’m sure the narrative of ‘The Kardashians VS Chyna’ is more fun to read about, but there really is nothing there anymore,” Khloè said. “The focus is on Dream and her happiness and making sure she feels unconditional love at her mommy’s house, her daddy’s house, and any family member’s house for that matter,” she continued.
“Please stop pinning us against one another,” Khloè pleaded. “Let’s try to lead with love and understanding, especially when children are involved who may see your clickbait one day.”
Dream Kardashian is Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna’s only child together. Blac Chyna also has a son named King with rapper Tyga.
