Alyssa Scott and Nick Cannon’s daughter, Halo, is officially six months old! The Wild ‘N Out model took to Instagram on Thursday (Jun. 15) to celebrate her little one’s milestone.
“Halo is six months [old],” Alyssa exclaimed. “Every milestone feels monumental,” the celebrity mom shared with her supporters. “Thank you all for speaking health and happiness over her life as well as me and my family,” Scott wrote to her fans. “I see the love, the messages of encouragement,” she added. “Thank you for keeping us in your heart,” the Wild ‘N Out model continued. “It sincerely means so much to me!”
Halo Cannon arrived last December. The little one was born weeks after fans were convinced Alyssa Scott had already given birth to her baby girl. Many supporters were going off the entertainer’s social media post in which Alyssa assured her fans that she would not return to Instagram with an update until after she had given birth. Scott came back online weeks later to celebrate Christmas.
“You said the next time you posted the baby would be here,” one supporter exclaimed in the comments section of Alyssa’s Instagram post. “I wanna (sic) see,” the fan added. Another Instagram follower agreed saying, “She did say that. I believe the baby is probably here already.”
As it turns out, Alyssa Scott and Nick Cannon had indeed welcomed their daughter just in time for Christmas. Halo was born on December 14, 2023.
“December 14, 2022. Our lives are forever changed,” Alyssa told her supporters. The celebrity mom also paid tribute to her and late son, Zen Cannon, who passed away in 2021 due to complications related to a brain tumor.
“Zen is in every breath I take,” Alyssa shared with her fans. “I know his spirit was with us in the room that morning,” the celebrity mom added.
“I know he is watching down on us. He shows me signs every day,” Alyssa said of her late son. “I will hold onto this memory forever.”
Halo is the youngest of Alyssa Scott’s three children.
