Ludacris received his star on Hollywood Walk of Fame this past Thursday (May 18) with family by his side. The entertainer had all four of his daughters – Karma, Chance, Cai, and Cadence – along with his wife, Eudoxie Bridges, cheering from the sidelines.
“When the best days of my life are considered, make sure to put this one in the ranking,” Ludacris said. The official Instagram page of Karma’s World also recognized Ludacris’ monumental day.
“Attention #KarmasWorld Family,” the social media post read. “Join us in congratulating our visionary Chris Ludacris Bridges for receiving his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame today! We are all so very proud of him and this major accomplishment.”
Ludacris has accomplished much during his career. From significantly impacting the genre of Hip Hop to becoming an A-list actor, the entertainer has allowed his portfolio to reach various industries. The latest project of Ludacris is Karma’s World, which is a platform for children created to encourage positive change in society.
Ludacris spoke with the press about Karma’s World, the television series, after season one of the show aired on Netflix. “A lot of the episodes are based on real-life situations that Karma actually went through, which makes them even more special,” the rapper said of the storyline inspirations. “We went through a lot of stages,” Ludacris shared regarding the show’s creation process.
“It’s just mind-blowing if you knew how many passes we did going through clothes, skin tones, hair, accessories, shoes, everything,” Ludacris went on to discuss production. “It was important for me to make every single character unique.”
Karma’s World is quite the rave among kids who watch Netflix. The series is presently in its fourth season.
Fans of the show can also purchase dolls crafted after the main character wherever toys are sold. Ludacris’ oldest daughter, Karma Bridges, presently studies film at Spelman College.
