Da Brat and Judy Jesseca Dupart are still over the moon after enjoying a gender reveal party to remember. The ‘Ghetto Love’ artist took to Instagram on Tuesday (Mar. 28) to reflect on the festivities.
“Me and wife @darealbbjudy are STILL on a high from our BEAURTIFUL BABY REVEAL EVENT the other day,” Da Brat told her social media fans. “My guy @freddyophotos @freddyopics always gets the BEST shots so here’s a few more,” the entertainer added in reference to the additional pictures and video clips she shared from the event. “And we are SO SO BLESSED to be having a BOY,” Da Brat said.
Jesseca Judy Dupart and Da Brat learned they would welcome a baby boy during their gender reveal party, which was held this past weekend. The parents-to-be were brought to tears as they watched the big screen reveal the gender of their baby. “Baby Harris-Dupart is a boy,” Jesseca told her social media fans.
Some assumed the Kaleidoscope owner believed the gender of her baby was indeed a boy because of Judy’s decision to wear a blue dress to the event. Da Brat wore pink to the gender reveal party.
“This is so beautiful,” one social media fan shared after watching the video clip of Da Brat and Judy embrace after the big gender reveal. “Thank you for sharing this journey with all of us,” another supporter said. “I can feel the love.”
Da Brat and Judy revealed their expectancy of a child earlier this month. The celebrity couple delivered the news to Sherri Shepherd in person, which overwhelmed the talk show host in the best way.
“It’s been quite a journey,” Da Brat recently said of her and Judy’s path to pregnancy. “It started as a joke,” she added. “We were like, ‘We’re extending our family!’ the recording artist said. “But then we got a huge response [from the public]. It was like, ‘Oh my God do we want to actually have kids, and if we do, girl, we better hurry up!’”
Da Brat and Judy are expecting their son to arrive later this year. He will be the couple’s first child.
