Adrienne Bailon and her son Ever James Bailon-Houghton are covering the latest issue of Harper’s Bazaar Vietnam. Inside the issue, the E! News host talks about being in well-known girl groups “3LW” and “Cheetah Girls”, and becoming a new mom.
Bailon, who shares her son with six-time Grammy winning musician, Israel Houghton, welcomed him in August 2022. “I am completely blown away… It was a really long journey to becoming a mother after six years of struggling with fertility issues,” Bailon says of becoming a mother.
Adding, “Ever is a very chill baby, he is the sweetest boy. He like his mom…loves to sleep… Motherhood isn’t about me. There’s just something so beautiful about watching him experience the world for the first time.”
On Being on talk show The Real:
“For me it was an honor to be the first ever Latina on daytime television on an English Network. I love the fact that we were able to speak from our hearts about things that we have been through, personal stories,” Bailon told Harper’s Bazaar.
On Her Love for Singing:
“I have never stopped loving the act of singing. I sing at home all the time. I sing around the house, I sing in the shower.”
On Being A Cheetah Girl:
“I loved the fact that it started out as a movie and at some point we became the girl group The Cheetah Girls. We ended up touring together and selling out arenas and it was an absolutely incredible opportunity.”
