The red carpet premiere event for the sixth and final season of FX’s Snowfall was held at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures earlier this week. Angela Lewis, who portrays Louanne Saint on the show, bumped around the event.
Lewis let her baby bump take center stage as she took pictures while wearing attire that showed off her protruding stomach. Angela was not afraid to let her bare belly show as she posed for candids.
Many have viewed the forthcoming end of Snowfall as nothing short of shocking. Angela Lewis, however, deems the show’s final season as timely.
“It’s just been a really interesting experience,” Lewis recently shared with ESSENCE when discussing her career and family’s expansion. “I’m always grateful,” the actress added. “I have an incredible life and even when things are feeling upside down, I still remember to be grateful.”

Time has always been an interesting factor in Angela’s life. It was more than three years ago that the actress and her husband, J. Mallory McCree, learned they would welcome a daughter.
“I tried twice to have a baby and had a very early miscarriage,” Angela said of her and J. Mallory’s efforts to get pregnant. “I practice meditation and in my meditation, I heard the message, There’s nothing wrong with you. It’s just not time. I chose to believe that. And nine months after I heard that message, I booked Snowfall. I was like, ‘Yo that’s crazy!’ And then it was three years after that I ended up being pregnant with my daughter.”
Brooklyn McCree arrived in 2019. Now, Angela and J. Mallory are expecting baby number two.
“I couldn’t time this thing if I tried,” Lewis recently told the press. “Babies, before they become fully physical, they are in the spiritual realm and they can time things better than we ever could,” Angela continued.
“No matter what’s going on career-wise, here’s this other thing I’m planning for that I’m really excited about and it can take my mind off of what I don’t know,” the actress shared. “Here’s this thing that I’m doing actively and it’s beautiful and it’s exciting. I’m really grateful for this perfect timing.”
Season six of Snowfall premieres on February 22, 2023. Angela Lewis and her husband are expecting their second child to arrive late this year.
