Gucci Mane and Keyshia Ka’Oir are expecting a baby girl to arrive in the coming weeks! The celebrity couple shared the gender of their unborn child with social media fans on Thursday (Jan. 19).
“My beautiful wife and I can’t wait to welcome our baby Girl,” Gucci Mane exclaimed in his Instagram post. “The Wop bout to have a daughter,” the rapper shared with his fans.
Gucci Mane and Keyshia Ka’Oir announced their expectancy last year. The celebrity couple shared a video clip of her showing him a positive pregnancy test. “Congrats to them,” one fan said in response to the social media post. “Love this for them,” another supporter said.
Gucci Mane and Keyshia Ka’Oir have one son, Ice Davis, together. The ‘Rumors’ rapper also has a son named, Keitheon, from a previous relationship. Some have accused Gucci Mane of neglecting his oldest son. The rapper, however, recently delved into why Ice made him feel like a first-time father.
“Me and the mother [of my oldest son] were kind of like strangers,” Gucci shared with Billboard. “I never knew how much attention you got to pay to a baby,” he added. “It’s not easy,” Gucci said of his experience with rearing Ice from birth. “It’s a great thing and I love it, but it’s definitely challenging to be a parent,” the rapper admitted.
Some suspected Keyshia Ka’Oir was pregnant with a girl after seeing her recent maternity photos this past weekend. The “glow” was “different,” according to the businesswoman’s social media followers.
“The 1017 princess is arriving,” one Instagram fan shared after getting wind of Gucci and Keyshia’s expectancy of a girl. “That baby girl is going to change you extremely,” another social media follower wrote. “I hope the world understands because those of us that have daughters will,” the supporter added. “Congratulations.”
