Congratulations to Asha and Devon Still who welcomed their daughter, Amya Jae Still, on Monday (Jan. 2). The celebrity parents announced their newborn’s arrival this past Tuesday (Jan. 3).
“Can y’all help us welcome Amya Jae Still to the world,” Devon and Asha asked their fans. The celebrity couple also shared a video clip from the delivery room, which featured Asha holding little Amya moments after giving birth. The Stills also shared snaps that showed their baby girl’s face.
“Y’all just gave birth to the same baby twice,” one social media follower said. “Congratulations.” Another of Devon and Asha’s Instagram supporters said, “Well if she’s not her sister’s twin! Glad everyone is doing well.”
Devon and Asha Still shared news of their expectancy last summer. The celebrity parents partnered with ClearBlue when making their big announcement.
“Team of 5 coming soon,” Devon told his social media fans. “Looks like we’ll need to be ready to be outnumbered by our kids in a few months – no more man-to-man defense,” the NFL player mused.
“We could not be more excited to be growing our family and are grateful for the clear answers from @Clearblue over the years that have helped on our journey,” Still told his supporters. “Wish us luck!”
Asha and Devon ended the year with what turned out to be their final pregnancy update. “There is something so beautiful and powerful watching your body change week after week as your baby grows in your womb,” Asha shared with her Instagram followers. “As I prepare to give birth to my youngest baby girl, I thank God for blessing me with the strength to endure every aspect of my pregnancy,” Mrs. Still said.
Amya is Devon and Asha’s second child together. The newborn made her sister, Arya Marie, an older sibling for the first time. Devon also has a daughter named Leah from a previous relationship.
