The youngster, who attends Sierra Canyon, made signs that encouraged Kiyan. North held her signs high while posing for a picture at one point. Kim Kardashian and Natalia Bryant also came out to support Kiyan at his game.

“Last night was a night to remember,” La La told her social media fans after the game, which featured Kiyan on the court with Bryce and Bronny James. “Seeing the boys play against each other in front of all of our family and friends was so exciting and just the beginning of amazing things to come for all of them,” the celebrity mom shared.

“I couldn’t have been more proud,” La La said. “Twenty-one years later. History repeated itself.”

Bronny and Bryce James worked alongside their teammates at Sierra Canyon for a 62-51 win against Christ the King. The game was more than a high school competition as many compared Kiyan and the James brothers playing on the court to their fathers’ match two decades ago.

Carmelo Anthony and the basketball team at St. Vincent-St. Mary beat LeBron James and the basketball team at St. Oak Hill Academy with a final score of 72-66. Both LeBron and Carmelo went on to have successful careers in the NBA.

Now, many are looking to Kiyan, Bryce, and Bronny to carry on the legacies of their fathers. Kiyan has already received a scholarship offer from his father’s alma mater, Syracuse University. Dozens have suggested the youngster aim to attend the school for his undergraduate years.

Kiyan, however, has not made a definite decision as he is still a sophomore in high school. Still, both he and his mom were beyond thrilled about the offer he received from Syracuse earlier this year.

“Proudest mom on the planet,” La La told her social media fans after Kiyan’s Syracuse offer. “Your hard work and dedication is paying off,” the celebrity mom wrote to her son. “You are my son, my best friend, and my hero @kiyananthony,” La La doted.

“To get a scholarship offer from the school your dad won a championship with is mind blowing. Keep GOD first and everything else will follow.”
