When you are Madonna, you can have a proper concert or even recital in the comfort of your own home. And of course, that is exactly what the Material Girl did recently, showing off the talents of her three beautiful daughters.
The 64-year-old mom shared the recital on her Instagram stories where 10-year-old twins Stella and Estere, and 16-year-old Mercy all wow-ed the “Papa Don’t Preach” singer’s fans.
“The gift of music brought to you by Mercy, Estere, and Stella,” the mother of six captioned the first of several photos and video. In one of the videos, Mercy played “Intense Melancholy” with one of her twin sisters. In the next video, Mercy performed “Reverie,” by herself, in addition to two solos and a song with each of her sisters. The twins had their own solo time in the spotlight with one song each and one song each with their big sister.
Not only was everyone well-dressed, as the occasion required, the recital even featured printed program.
A recital would not be complete without family members in the audience cheering the musicians on. Madonna’s girls had their big bother, 17-year-old David Banda, right there appreciating every single note.
In addition to David, Mercy, Estere, and Stella, (which were all three adopted from Malawi), Madonna is also mother to 25-year-old Lourdes Leon by her previous relationship with Cuban actor and personal trainer, Carlos Leon. Additionally, Madonna shares 22-year-old Rocco Ritchie with ex-husband director Guy Ritchie.
Recently, the “Queen of Pop” shared images of she and all six of her children on Thanksgiving Day, captioning the Instagram post, “What I am thankful for”. Fans of the music icon shared a wide variety of comments on the post. Comments included:
“Lovely family,” fellow musician Diplo wrote.
“The children have grown so beautifully,” another fan said.
“You’re an awesome mom,” on fan exclaimed. “We can see it in your kids!”
