The movie, Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile, which is based on a bestselling book series by Bernard Waber, is unquestionably going to become a holiday favorite as it hit theaters, and is on some streaming services, November 22. In the movie, we see a familiar face, sister of Melodie Hurd, Lyric Hurd. If you remember, we first got to know the sisters when they appeared on Ellen, wowing audiences with their “Juju on That Beat” viral dance video. Well, Melodie went on to star in the Kevin Hart Netflix movie, Fatherhood, and now, fast-forward through time, and Lyric is staring as Trudy in Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile. If you haven’t heard about Lyle, Lyle Crocodile, here is a brief synopsis of the action according to JustJaredJr.com. 

Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile follows the Primm family as they move to New York City, where their Josh (Winslow Fegley) struggles to adapt to his new school and new friends. All of that changes when he discovers Lyle – a singing crocodile (voiced by Shawn Mendes) who loves baths, caviar and great music-living in the attic of his new home.
