John Legend and Chrissy Teigen were two of many to attend the Emmy Awards in Hollywood last night. The celebrity couple went for bright colors that captured the lively atmosphere.
John wore white with black accessories while Chrissy went for a salmon-colored dress with touches of black throughout its design. “Mom and dad go to the Emmys,” John said of their outing on Monday (Sep. 12).
John Legend and Chrissy Teigen are preparing for baby number four. Chrissy shared the news of their family’s expansion a few weeks back.
“The last few years have been a blur of emotions, to say the least, but joy has filled our home and hearts again,” Chrissy told her social media fans near the beginning of last month. “One billion shots later (in the leg lately, as you can see!) we have another on the way,” the celebrity mom exclaimed.
John Legend and Chrissy Teigen suffered a miscarriage in 2020. The celebrity couple decided to take time to process the family’s loss before attempting to have another child. At one point, Chrissy expressed her apprehension about giving birth to another baby due to the heartbreak she suffered during her third pregnancy. The cookbook author, however, later confirmed that she and her husband indeed wanted to try for another child.
“They bring so much light and joy to our house,” Chrissy said of her kids during an interview last year. “I can’t imagine a life without [my children] – I just cannot,” she added. “And I can’t imagine a life without more,” the celebrity mom declared.
John and Chrissy’s baby will join the couple’s son, Miles, and daughter, Luna, at home. Luna, the oldest sibling, celebrated her sixth birthday in May. Her younger brother turned four years old in May. This month marks the second year that John and Chrissy’s third child, Jack, arrived stillborn. The celebrity couple is expecting their fourth child to arrive next year.
