Cardi B and Offset are celebrating their son Wave Set Cephus’ first birthday today! Offset took to Instagram to commemorate the special occasion.

“My big Wave is one years (sic) old today,” Offset shared. “I love you, big man,” the rapper wrote to his son. Offset uploaded several pictures and a throwback video clip of him holding his son when Wave was younger. “Precious,” one social media follower said of Offset’s tribute. “Happy birthday, Wave,” another fan shared.
Cardi B and Offset welcomed their son on September 4, 2021. The celebrity parents did not immediately introduce their little one to the public. Cardi B and Offset also waited a few weeks to share the name they chose for their son.
Many have viewed Offset as his older sister Kulture Kiari’s twin. In fact, a few Instagram fans have made note of their similar physical features in the comments section of several social media posts. “Baby Kulture’s twin,” one supporter told Offset and Cardi B after seeing candids of Wave with Kulture. “Resembles his big sis,” another fan shared.
Cardi B has been a doting mom since beginning her journey as such several years ago. “There’s this feeling as soon as my baby came out that is like, I can’t leave my baby now for like one second,” the rapper shared during a recent interview.
“A lot of people keep telling me, like, you gotta find a nanny, you gotta start working soon and it’s so hard because, like, I wanna be with my baby every second,” the celebrity mom shared. “Even when I’m doing my hair in the other room, I just gotta be around her.”
Wave and Kulture’s are two of five children Offset fathers. The rapper also has two sons, Kody and Jordan, and a daughter, Kalea, from previous relations. Offset celebrates five years of marriage to Cardi B this year.
