Madonna’s son, David Banda, wears her outfits better than her. The Pop singer recently sat down with Jimmy Fallon of The Tonight Show to talk about her career. Madonna couldn’t go long without doting on her creative son.
“He can put on any outfit and look swag as you know what,” Madonna said of David. “It’s really irritating,” she mused. “He wears my clothes and looks better in them. He can even wear a dress and look butch.”
David Banda has extended his fashion beyond the traditional norms. In fact, the teen has been filmed while wearing a dress on several different occasions. Some have criticized Madonna and David for bending social norms. The celebrity mom and her son, however, pay no mind to outsiders as they continue to explore new levels of creativity together.
David has “everything” to be successful in show business, according to Madonna. Such is the reason why the ‘Material Girl’ singer consistently shares her son’s accomplishments in the arts with her social media fans.
Madonna has also shared pictures from her time in the studio with David Banda. The recording artist also collaborated with Beyonce for a remix of ‘Break My Soul,’ which was nothing short of incredible. Beyonce wrote a beautiful letter to Madonna after their time in the studio that expressed gratitude for the ‘Frozen’ singer’s revolutionary spirit that has paved new paths for many in the music industry.
“Thank You, Queen,” Beyonce wrote to Madonna in her sweet note. “I’m So Grateful For You,” Bey continued. “You Have Opened So Many Doors For So Many Women. You Are Masterpiece Genius.”
David Banda has not explicitly expressed a desire to go into the music industry like his mom. The teen has, however, participated in plays at his school with performances his mom has thought were worthy of Academy Awards.
Madonna has six kids in all.
