DISNEY CHANNEL REVEALS MORE ABOUT THE UPCOMING “MOON GIRL AND DEVIL DINOSAUR” SERIES

Everyone is waiting with bated breath for the Disney Channel arrival on Marvel’s Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur. Well, the two entertainment giants know how to keep fans on the hook by releasing details little by little. Recently, Disney Channel revealed more about the upcoming Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur series, and we are definitely here for it!

Marvel’s Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur follows the adventures of 13-year-old super-genius Lunella Lafayette and her 10-ton T-Rex, Devil Dinosaur. After Lunella accidentally brings Devil Dinosaur into present-day New York City via a time vortex, the duo works together to protect the city’s Lower East Side from danger.

We previously reported that “Summerland” singer and actress, Diamond White will voice the 13-year-old whiz kid Lunella Lafayette for the new series.

Additional stars that will lend their voices to the upcoming series include: Alfre Woodard as Lunella’s grandmother, Mimi; Libe Barer as Lunella’s best friend and manager, Casey; Sasheer Zamata as Lunella’s mom, Adria; Jermaine Fowler as Lunella’s dad, James Jr.; Fred Tatasciore as the 10-ton T-Rex, Devil Dinosaur; and Gary Anthony Williams as Lunella’s grandfather, Pops.

Now, on to the new!

Just revealed at the San Diego Comic-Con recurring stars on the new series will include: Omid Abtahi, Utkarsh Ambudkar, Michael Cimino, Indya Moore and Craig Robinson.

The guest star lineup will include: Alison Brie, Andy Cohen, Daveed Diggs, Maya Hawke, Jennifer Hudson, Cliff “Method Man” Smith, Cobie Smulders and Wesley Snipes, as well as Gideon Adlon, Pamela Adlon, Anna Akana, Ian Alexander, May Calamawy, Wilson Cruz, Asia Kate Dillon, Luis Guzmán, astronaut Dr. Mae Jemison, Josh Keaton, June Diane Raphael, Paul Scheer and Tajinae Turner.

Marvel’s Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur is based on the 2015 comic series. At the helm of the series is executive producer Laurence Fishburne known for his many roles in several Marvel projects.

However, the cast line up isn’t the only “more” that Disney has given fans. We have moved from “teaser” trailer to “first-look teaser trailer”. If you haven’t seen it yet, check it out now!
