G Herbo and Taina Williams celebrated their son’s first birthday on Friday (May 27). The doting parents took to Instagram on their little one’s special day to pour out their love.

“Happy first birthday to my twin,” G Herbo wrote to Essex. “I love you so much, son,” the celebrity father added. “Every single day you amaze me in some kind of way,” G Herbo doted. “It feels like a year just flew by! Next thing I know you gone (sic) be driving my cars.”
Taina Williams also took to Instagram to celebrate her son. “Happy Birthday To My Boy,” the celebrity mom said. “You have literally came into my life and changed me for the better,” Taina told her son. “You are one of the sweetest babies in the world and I’m so lucky to be your mom. I love you more than you know essie man.”
Essex Wright was born on May 28, 2021. The youngster made his mom a parent for the first time. Essex made G Herbo a father two times over.
“I never pictured myself doing this — or living in L.A.,” G Herbo said of his life as a dad during his recent interview with Rolling Stone. “I used to rap about being in L.A. on songs, like, ‘Oh, yeah, I’m not in Beverly Hills, I don’t know what it’s like to live that luxurious lifestyle.’ I was in the inner city, man, facing a lot of trauma, having to deal with violence and bullshit every day,” the rapper shared.
“Now, I don’t really have to deal with that,” the recording artist said. “I’ll have to actually teach my kids that the world is cruel and violent. They’re not going to have to experience it firsthand. I’ll have to instill certain things into them so they understand what they’re up against. But I would have to teach my sons how to fight rather than letting them go outside where they’re going to teach themselves.”
G Herbo and Taina Williams welcomed their youngest child, Emmy, earlier this month. The little one is their first daughter. G Herbo’s oldest son, Yosohn, is with his ex, Ari Fletcher.
