Sy’Rai Smith is making moves! Those who follow Brandy’s daughter were recently blessed with a candid of Sy’Rai in the studio. The young adult confirmed she was indeed making music.
“In the studio making magic this year,” Sy’Rai shared with her social media fans. The young adult also told her followers that she was wearing gear from Foot Locker’s new Cozi line while in her zone. “A true angel in the making,” Women’s Foot Locker shared in response to the picture and caption. “Can’t wait to hear,” another fan wrote.
Sy’Rai Smith has dropped several hints that she was headed in the direction of releasing music in the near future. The young adult decided to follow in her mom’s footsteps with a music career when she was a teen.
“I’m so happy for her and that she’s coming into her own,” Brandy said during a recent interview. “I would love for her to follow in my footsteps,” the veteran singer added. “I think she has everything it’s going to take.”
Sy’Rai recently connected with vocal coach Stevie Mackey for a night to remember. The young adult made her mom’s hit song ‘Almost Doesn’t Count’ her own by hitting incredible highs and lows.
“Brandy might be the vocal Bible but Sy’Rai is the New Testament,” one social media follower exclaimed after hearing Smith in session with Mackey. “You can tell she can really go,” another YouTube listener said. “Just wait ’till she gets completely comfortable in her voice,” the supporter added.
In addition to building her music career, Sy’Rai is also serving as an inspiration with her weight loss journey. The artist recently took to her YouTube channel to share tips on how others can “glow up” with self-care.
“You’re the ONLY young lady I will allow my 10-year-old daughter to watch,” one YouTube fan exclaimed after watching Sy’Rai’s recent video. “Your parents have done an outstanding job in raising you,” the social media follower added. “You’re authentic, sweet, respectful, and classy … Keep glowing!”
