Wave captured the hearts of Cardi B’s followers as he gave the camera his full attention. “Big Wave, big 8 months,” Cardi told her social media followers. “Baby Kulture’s twin,” one social media fan said in reference to Wave’s physical appeal, which mirrored that of his older sister, Kulture. “The flyest,” another Instagram follower agreed.

Cardi B and her husband, Offset, welcomed their son last September. The celebrity couple shared the news of his birth days after his arrival. Cardi went on to classify her labor and delivery experience as a “crazy” delivery.

“You cannot do surgery after you give birth, especially me,” Cardi shared with her supporters. “I lost so much blood, guys,” the rapper continued. “One day, I’m going to talk to you guys about my crazy-a** delivery,” the celebrity mom promised.

The birthing experience may have come with challenges. Cardi B, however, has not ceased to dote on her son whom she believes to be advanced in the developmental department.

“My son [is] holding his bottle with both his hands already,” Cardi told her social media fans. “I’m trying to remember if KK was doing that around 3 months old or if this is one of the super powers these pandemic babies coming with,” the celebrity shared.

Some agreed that Wave was advanced for his age at the time. Others begged Cardi to share a candid of her son to which the rapper did not respond.

Cardi B has never been shy about sharing the triumphs and challenges associated with motherhood. It was during an interview with Vogue in 2019 that the recording artist got candid about her life as a working parent.

“I could shake my a**, I could be the most ratchet-est person ever, I could get into a fight tomorrow, but I’m still a great mom,” Cardi told the magazine. “I give my daughter so much love, and I’m setting her up for a future,” the rapper said. “I want to tell her that a lot of the shit that I have done in life — no matter what I did, knowing that I wanted to have kids made me go harder to secure a good future for my kids.”
