Alexis Sky and her daughter, Alaiya Grace, are camera-ready. The Reality TV star and her little one gave all the right poses during a recent photoshoot done in honor of Alaiya’s fourth birthday.
A behind-the-scenes look at the session showed Alaiya frustrated at one point. The little one appeared to ask her mom for candy and seemed quite disappointed by the notion of having to wait a bit longer to have her request fulfilled. Alexis cheered Alaiya by showering her with affection.
“I can’t wait for y’all to see these pics,” Alexis told her social media fans. “Lawdd (sic),” the celebrity mom continued. “The struggle for bday pics,” Alexis added. “She did so good (sic),” Bambi told Alexis Sky. “I love this kid,” Tammy Rivera said.

Alaiya Grace was born on January 4, 2018. The youngster came a few months after Alexis Sky confirmed her expectancy of a child in October 2017. Alaiya’s early arrival led to significant medical complications during the first weeks of her life. The little one proved herself to be a warrior by making it through the challenges.
“It was very traumatic for me,” Alexis Sky said of her labor and delivery experience during an interview in 2018. “I had seven blood transfusions. I was in surgery for seven hours. I had an emergency c-section because I erupted. She was born at one pound,” the celebrity mom shared.

“She’s definitely a miracle baby and she’s a fighter,” Alexis said of her daughter. “Just seeing her fight was so emotional for me,” the celebrity mom shared of her daughter’s determination to live. “There was one time when she stopped breathing,” Alexis revealed during her interview. “It was very traumatic,” the celebrity mom admitted.
Alaiya Grace is Alexis Sky’s only child. The little one’s dad is businessman Brandon Medford who confirmed his fathering Alaiya in 2020.
