HERE ARE ALL THE TIMES BLUE IVY HAS MADE A CAMEO IN BEYONCE AND JAY-Z’S MUSIC VIDEOS

As Blue Ivy celebrates her milestone double digit birthday, we truly remember almost every moment of the eldest Carter children’s journey thus far. Blue Ivy’s voice has not only appeared on her famous parents’ tracks, she’s also made many cameo’s in their music videos as well. In case you’ve forgotten, here are all the times Blue Ivy has made a cameo in Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s music videos.

“Glory” by JAY-Z feat. Blue Ivy

“Glory” was released in 2012, the year Blue Ivy was born. Within 48 hours of becoming a father, Jay-Z wrote and recorded the song. This is he first time that fans get to hear Blue’s voice her cries are featured on the track. This was the first time that Blue Ivy made history and didn’t even know it. She officially became the youngest person to ever enter the music biz.

“Blue” by Beyoncé feat. Blue Ivy

“Blue” appears on Blue Ivy’s famous mom’s fifth studio album, Beyoncé, which was released a year after Blue Ivy was born. Beyoncé dedicated the song to her daughter and explores the her entrance into motherhood. At the end of the visuals, you can see an exited Blue Ivy calling out “Mommy, mommy, mommy.”

“Formation” by Beyoncé

Every Beyoncé fan knows “Formation”. The track was released in 2016. Blue Ivy accompanies her mother in this powerful commentary on culture, racism and politics, appearing halfway through the video with her hands on hips, wearing a veil, and dancing alongside other children.

“Blue’s Freestyle” by Blue Ivy via JAY-Z

On her sixth birthday, Blue Ivy stepped into her own spotlight, spitting a few freestyle verses of her own. “Blue’s Freestyle” is featured on JAY-Z’s bonus album 4:44. This music video gave way to Blue Ivy having her very own animation.

“Spirit” by Beyoncé

“Spirit” was created for The Lion King remake film in 2019. The song also appears on Beyoncé’s album, inspired by the film, titled The Lion King: The Gift. The cinematically beautiful visuals of this video embody the mother/daughter mini-me power of Beyoncé and Blue Ivy.

“Spirit” + “Bigger” by Beyoncé

Soon after releasing, “Spirit,” Beyoncé dropped an extended version of the song titled “Spirit” + “Bigger” on the 2019 Lion King premiere date. In this version, we get not only new footage, but more Blue Ivy screen time.

“Brown Skin Girl” by Blue Ivy Carter, St. Jhn, Wiz Kid, and Beyoncé

“Brown Skin Girl” is also featured on Beyonce’s Lion King companion album The Lion King: The Gift. “Brown Skin Girl” is a celebration of all women, “[representing] all different shades of brown,” Beyoncé said in a Good Morning America interview. The video is amazing, but the best part…Blue sings in the introduction and at the end!

It is no doubt that we will see this truly talented young lady in more of her parents videos in the future. What we are waiting on are videos of her own!
