LEBRON JAMES AND SAVANNAH JAMES SHARE THEIR HOPES FOR SON BRONNY JAMES

Happiness And The NBA

Savannah James wants her son, Bronny James, to be happy with whatever he chooses to do in life. The teen’s father, LeBron James, has a very specific dream for his “mini-me.” The celebrity parents recently gave differing answers when asked what they hoped their oldest child would do after he finishes high school.

“[I want Bronny] to be happy, and to find happiness in whatever it is he does,” Savannah shared with the press. “I just want him to be happy,” the celebrity mom said. LeBron James had a different answer to the question of Bronny’s future.

“I want him to be in the NBA,” LeBron told the media. “I am not going to lie, I want to be on the court with him,” the Los Angeles Lakers player said. “[I] think that will be an unbelievable moment. He’s about to be a Junior [in high school] so the years, it could get close, but we should see. But I want him to get to the NBA.”

LeBron James has expressed his desire to play alongside his oldest son in the NBA before. “He has my support and my blueprint,” LeBron said during a post-game interview last month. “With health and a little bit of luck, that would be the ultimate thing,” the celebrity father said.

LeBron admitted that the possibility of Bronny playing for the NBA is years away, which makes the potential of the young talent playing alongside his father a bit of a challenge. Nevertheless, LeBron is confident that his son will rise to the professional ranks of basketball.

It was just a few weeks ago that Bronny played at the Staples Center with his high school team, Sierra Canyon. “It felt special playing on the same court as he’s played,” Bronny said of the experience. “I’m getting a lot of confidence from that, and it was a really special game for me,” the young athlete added.

Sierra Canyon competed against St. Vincent-St. Mary, which is LeBron James’ alma mater. The teen graduates from high school next year.
