Family is everything for celebrity couple Keisha and Omar Epps. The duo were recently photographed out and about in custom orange Champion apparel.
“Family is everything & I am beyond grateful for mine. A Tribe Called Epps. #MyLoves,” Keisha captioned one of the photographs.
Omar shared the same thing on his official Instagram captioning his picture, “Family over everything period. I love mines beyond this world, love yours. Salute to @champion for the custom orange joints.”
The House actor and R&B singer have been married for fifteen years and are proud parents to two daughters and a son. Aiyanna is the eldest of their three children. The 21-year-old is Omar’s daughter from a previous relationship. K’Mari Mae is 16-years-old. And, the baby of the family is 13-year-old Amir.
In a past interview with WebMD magazine, Omar said that “when it comes to parenting, there are many books and a lot of helpful things, but nothing can really prepare you. Once you are driving that ship, it’s the hardest, yet greatest job in the world.”
The actor went on to say that, “To see them learn something and to really see them go from zero to past zero,” is the most exciting part of parenthood, he says, adding to his statement, “I have learned to keep my innocence. I am an artist, so I have it in me to find the wonder in life. My kids are also pretty disciplined and determined. If they set their mind to do something, they will accomplish it and that is pretty admirable.”
In February of this year, Omar and Keisha celebrated their crystal anniversary. Omar took to Instagram to celebrate and pay homage to his queen, further proving that family is everything.
“Happy 15th Anniversary to my Queen @lovekeishaepps! You are an incredible being, and a true beacon of light and love. You’re definitely a #SuperMom, and a great matriarch to our family. I’m thankful to God to have the opportunity to walk thru this life’s journey with you by my side. You’re an astounding mother to our children, a wonderful friend to those you love, and a damn weirdo.”
He continued, “Ups and downs, ebbs and flows, I love you thru it all. I love you beyond this world baby! Keisha captioned an Instagram photo with just she and her husband, “Whether my tribe, your tribe or their tribe…everything starts and ends with family.” And we couldn’t agree more!
