Storm Reid and Natalia Bryant have completed their first semester at the University of Southern California (USC). The celebrities took to Instagram this past weekend to commemorate their accomplishments.
“We did it,” Storm exclaimed online. The Euphoria actress also shared a video collage highlighting some of her most exciting moments as a college freshman. “Best decision I’ve made,” Storm said of her choice to attend USC for undergraduate studies. “Semester 1 in the books,” the actress declared.
Natalia Bryant also took to Instagram with a video collage of her favorite moments from first semester. “I love you,” Natalia’s mom, Vanessa Bryant, wrote in response to her daughter’s social media post. “I love this,” the celebrity mom continued. “It makes me so happy to see you enjoying your first year of college. I’m so proud of you @nataliabryant. First semester complete. Keep Fighting On.”
Both Storm Reid and Natalia Bryant committed to USC earlier this year after receiving several acceptance letters from other prestigious universities throughout the nation. At one point, it appeared Natalia would lean towards Loyola Marymount University, which is also in Los Angeles. The young adult’s mom, however, mused that the school was “too far.”
Vanessa also joked about the notion of Natalia going to New York for undergraduate studies. The celebrity mom told her supporters that she would do everything in her power to keep her daughter in California. In the end, it was evident that Natalia’s heart was set on USC. Such is the reason why Vanessa was so excited to celebrate her daughter’s acceptance to the university earlier this year.

“If you wouldn’t have been accepted I would’ve had to have stabbed these balloons in the guest room and have thrown all this away,” Vanessa told her daughter after revealing the balloons and shoes she purchased in hopes of Natalia being accepted to USC.
“Thank goodness you got in,” the celebrity mom exclaimed. “I had these shoes made for @nataliabryant in hopes she’d get in to her top school,” Vanessa told her social media supporters.

The spring semester at USC begins on January 10, 2022.
