Bambi is ready to discuss the struggles of motherhood that few want to discuss. The Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta (LHHATL) star recently took to Instagram to share a snippet of her life as a mom of three small children.

Bambi shared a picture of herself caring for her son and daughters. “You’re not a good mom for taking your kids with you when you work, keeping up with doctors, dentists appointments, making sure everyone is clean and fed, preparing for their future/education, setting up bank accounts, keeping them safe, not leaving them with random sitters, making sure they don’t watch too much tv, making sure we don’t run out of Tylenol, making sure they’re in a clean/safe home, looking amazing, smelling amazing, remembering everyone’s schedule, remembering your schedule, remembering to pay your employees keeping the diaper bags stocked and all the other important/random stuff we do,” Bambi said regarding the public’s perception of what makes a good mom.
“Absolutely none of that makes you a good mom,” the celebrity mom continued. “We’re supposed to do all of these things and more,” Bambi explained. “But as soon as we forget one we become the worse mother on the plane,” the LHHATL star shared.

Bambi went on to encourage other mothers to take pride in their work as nurturers. “Protecting these babies is a full-time job so stay strong mentally and don’t be ashamed to ask for some support because you NEED it,” the celebrity mom exclaimed. “Telling someone what you need is not complaining,” Bambi told fellow mothers. “Women should not feel like they gotta be extra strong and tough because your momma did,” the celebrity continued. “You should feel relaxed and supported and break these old generational curses.”
