Draya Michele is officially a college mom! Draya took to Instagram this past weekend to share candids from Kniko’s move-in experience at Georgia State University.
“Well. It’s official. I’m a college mom,” Draya told her social media fans on Saturday (August 21). “I’m so proud of you son,” Michele wrote to her son. “College whew,” the celebrity mom shared. “I mean I knew you’d make it here. I hope you grow, learn, [and] make new friends here in ATL SHAWTY. I love you. Of all the things I’ve ever done wrong in this life you were there with me in the struggle always and you’re proof that I did ONE THING right (that’s you). Love you.”
Many could not believe Draya Michele was dropping Kniko off at college because she is so young. The celebrity mom, however, gave birth to her son when she was 17-years-old. Fans will soon get to see Draya and her family in their own docu-series, which is coming to Zeus this fall.
Doses of Draya will be a 10-part series that gives fans an inside look at Michele’s life as an entrepreneur, mom, and friend. “I’ve been on a pretty incredible journey over the past decade, and I’m grateful to my fans who have been with me through the ups and downs,” Draya shared in a statement. “As a woman of color, I couldn’t be more excited to be working with Zeus, a Black-owned streaming service, to share my story, and to let people into my daily life in a way I never really have before,” Michele said.
“I’ve come a long way, from humble beginnings, and have continued to reinvent myself and evolve my brands over and over,” Draya declared. “I hope my fans have appreciated my honesty along the way.”
Draya Michele will serve as executive producer of her docu-series. You can watch Doses of Draya on Zeus’ platform.
