Trey Songz and Letoya Luckett enjoyed a day in NYC with their kids on Wednesday. Trey’s son’s mother, Caro Colon, was also along for the excusion.
“Linked up with my bro @treysongz. Beautiful day in NYC,” Letoya Luckett shared on Instagram along with several photos and video clips.
Trey, Caro, Letoya and their children enjoyed the warm NYC weather as they checked out a local Botanical Garden. In one adorable video clip, Trey and Caro’s son, Noah Neverson,2, could be seen dancing with Letoya’s daughter, Gianna Walker,2. Toya’s son, Tysun Walker, watched on as he was held by Trey.
Missing from the snapshots was Letoya’s husband, Tommicus Walker. The two announced in January that they are getting a divorce after two years of marriage.
Luckett shared the news on her verified Instagram account saying, “After prayerful consideration, Tommicus and I have decided to get a divorce. It is my deepest desire for us to be loving co-parents and keep a peaceful environment out of respect for out children. Please understand our need for privacy. Thank you in advance for your prayers, support and space to heals as we tread through this challenging time.”
Tommicus also made a similar statement on Instagram and said, “Letoya and I have decided to divorce. We remain committed to our family as co-parents and we ask that you please respect our privacy and the safety of our children at this time. We happily remain committed as caring friends with great love and respect for one another. We ask in advance for kindness and sensitivity in the coming months.”
Since their announcement, the estranged couple have been co-parenting beautifully as have Caro Colon and Trey Songz. Songz and Colon came together this past April to celebrate their son’s second birthday.
Songz, whose real name is Tremaine Aldon Neverson, has said of Noah’s mom in the past, “You’re a great Mother and you deal with all the extra’s very gracefully. I’ll always be eternally grateful to you Noah’s Mumma.”
