Star alumna Jude Demorest and husband Joshua Coleman are parents again!
On Friday, Demorest took to her Instagram to announce that they have welcomed their second child together.
Along with a pic of their new bundle of joy, Jude simply wrote, “Hi, Jori. 14.6.21,”.
Many fans were shocked at the announcement as many did not know that the actress/singer was pregnant again.
“OMFGGGG you hid it well ma’am. Judah’s TWIN,” one fan wrote.
“When were you pregnant again? did i miss something,” a follower questioned.
Another fan joked, “YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO WHAT U KEPT THIS SECRET SECRET. BETTER THAN STAR DID HERS. CONGRATSSSSSSSS.”
Demorest is best known for playing the title role of Star Davis in Lee Daniels’ series Star, alongside Queen Latifah, Benjamin Bratt, Naomi Campbell and Lenny Kravitz, for three seasons on Fox.
During season 3 of the series, Demorest was pregnant at the same time as her character. She gave birth to son Judah Coleman, who was born on November 11th, 2018.
Jude and her husband Joshua Coleman wed in 2016. The couple celebrated their 5th wedding anniversary in April fo this year. “5 years easy, my love. #424ever,” Jude wrote in a post in celebration of the milestone.
Demorest is a Detroit native who first pursued music when she moved to Los Angeles, and later starred on television series, including “Jonas” and “Dallas,” before landing “Star.”
