Mike Epps is in full celebration mode. The veteran comedian recently commemorated his daughter Maddie’s graduation.
“Happy graduation,” Mike said in a video clip after Maddie’s commencement ceremony. “She’s going to the ninth grade,” the celebrity father said.
Maddie is Mike Epps’ daughter with his ex-wife, Mechelle Epps. Mike and Mechelle were married for 11 years before finalizing their divorce in 2017. Mike remarried in 2019. He discussed the changes he made before entering a marriage union again during a recent interview with The Breakfast Club.
“I don’t really hang out like that. I’m at home. If I’m not at home, [then] I’m at work. I’ve got enough space and enough stuff to do at my house,” Mike shared with the radio show hosts.
“You’ve got to really understand what marriage is, especially for a man,” Mike shared. “We all think that marriage is just something to say, or something to make you look good in the business world, or make you look like you’re complete somewhere. But [marriage] is really a job, it’s really work. You’ve got to do a little bit of what she wants to do sometimes, [and then] do a little bit of what you want to do. You’ve got to compromise.”
Mike Epps and his wife, Kyra, announced their expectancy of another child earlier this week. “God bless my beautiful wife,” Mike told his social media fans. “We’re praying for a son,” the celebrity father revealed. Kyra also shared the news of her pregnancy with her Instagram fans. “Feeling so blessed,” the celebrity mom shared.

Mike and Kyra Epps are expecting their second child together. The celebrities are already parents to a daughter named Indiana who commemorated her first birthday in March. Mike and Kyra’s second child will make him a father of six kids.
