“My son Moses had surgery a couple [of] months ago, and I was in a panic,” Tamron shared. “I didn’t know what to do,” the talk show host added.

“I called Al Roker and I said, ‘Al, I need your help.’ Within seconds, I met the doctor, I’m in the surgery center, and everything worked out just beyond what I could’ve expected,” Hall said of the experience. “This is what this man brings to my life,” the celebrity exclaimed in regards to her former co-host.

Fans learned of Moses’ surgery last month. Tamron took to Instagram to share the good news of her son’s discharge after a successful operation.

“After an hour-long surgery, he is doing great. Thank God!” the talk show host wrote. “Last week was a hard one for us,” Hall admitted. “But watching the pediatric team care for Moses and so many other precious children was the best medicine to ease our fears.”

Tamron Hall and her husband, Steven Greener, welcomed their son on April 25, 2019. Little Moses came as a pleasant surprise to Tamron who endured fertility struggles and heartbreak before conceiving and giving birth to her little one.

Some may have gotten acquainted with Moses last year when the coronavirus pandemic temporarily halted production. Tamron made the most of her additional time at home by letting her son serve as co-host of at-home YouTube episodes of The Tamron Hall Show. Moses was so entertaining that viewers requested his presence when the show returned to normal production.

Of course, Tamron informed her fans that Moses would not serve as an official co-host of her show. There is, however, always the possibility of Moses making guest appearances on The Tamron Hall Show now and again.
