Wiz Khalifa has transformed the way he does life, thanks to his son, Sebastian “Bash” Thomaz. “Bash changed my life,” the celebrity father says in a recent episode of his miniseries, Wiz Khalifa: Behind The Cam, on YouTube. “Just in all of the best ways possible [and] at the right time,” Wiz adds.
“I used to be all about partying and just having fun,” the rapper shares. “[I believed you should] just let everything come to you and don’t really plan it. [I] just [had a] wild style.”
Khalifa’s “wild style” toned down as he embraced the responsibilities of fatherhood. “Bash was a huge part of the transition and not being with his mother, too,” Wiz shares. “It forced me to be more responsible and do the things that I wouldn’t normally do. The older that he gets, the more influence I have on him. So it’s not as much as just making sure he’s good; it’s actually being there.”
