Natalia Bryant is ready to step into the spotlight as a model! Kobe and Vanessa Bryant’s daughter took to Instagram on Friday to share a BTS photo from her shoot with photographer Mason Poole. “Had so much fun today with @mason.poole,” Natalia captioned.
Vanessa also took to Instagram to share another picture, which she captioned, “My baby (with makeup). Daddy would be so happy that you’re pursuing your modeling career now that you’re 18. You’re beautiful inside and out. We love you.”
Last month, it was announced that Natalia had signed a modeling contract with IMG, the international agency that represents top models like Ashley Graham, Hailey Bieber, to name a few.
“I have always been interested in fashion since a very young age,” Natalia said in a statement released on the modeling agency’s Instagram account. “I have a love for the industry, and ever since I can remember, I wanted to model. There is a lot to learn, but I feel this is a great opportunity for me to learn and express myself creatively.”
IMG Models senior vice president Maja Chiesi also commented on Natalia Bryant signing with the agency as a new model in the industry. “Natalia has such a bright future ahead of her, and we were taken aback by her beauty, talent, and drive from our first encounter,” Chiesi explained. “We’re honored to partner with Natalia in shaping her career in fashion and beauty, and we look forward to connecting her with fresh, exciting opportunities that showcase her multifaceted personality and look.”
Natalia celebrated her 18th birthday on January 19th. Vanessa marked the special day with several throwback photos of Kobe, who died alongside their 13-year-old daughter Gianna in a tragic helicopter crash on January 26, 2020.
“Dear Natalia, Happy Birthday! Mommy and Daddy are so proud of the young lady that you are,” Vanessa wrote in a sweet post. “You have displayed so much strength and grace throughout the most difficult year of our lives. Thank you for stepping in to help me with your little sisters.”
Vanessa and Kobe also share daughters Bianka, 4, and Capri, 1.
