Ciara and her three kids were dressed in Seattle Hawks gear as they cheered on Russell Wilson during his Playoff game. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Russell’s family was not allowed to be present at the game.
Ciara shared photos on Instagram, saying, “We’re so proud of you @DangeRussWilson! Wish we could be at the stadium cheering you on today! Go Baby! Go Daddy!”
Ciara and Russell welcomed their son, Win Wilson, on July 23, 2020.
Ciara said in a recent interview that she learned she was pregnant with her third child while hosting the American Music Awards in 2019.
“When I went home both Russell and I found out, so a lot of special memories being here,” the 35-year-old said per E! News. “And then being pregnant, it felt like time was going really slow. My body was so achy I thought I was going to need a cane at the end of my pregnancy, to be honest. I was penguin-walking throughout the house at the end.”
Ciara, who is also mother to three-year-old Sienna Princess and six-year-old Future Zahir, stated that this last pregnancy felt like the “slowest” yet.
In spite of the difficult pregnancy, Ciara said that, “I have been really grateful that my family gets more [of my] time than ever during these days. So I have been able to find the silver lining in all of it.”
Despite having a hard time, the singer admitted that surprisingly, Win’s birth went smoothly with husband Seattle Seahawks quarterback, 31-year-old Russell Wilson by her side.
“He was like everything in one. He was a cameraman, making sure the camera was set up right so we could get the angle when the baby comes out. And he actually helped pull Win out near the end, which was really sweet. So we got some memorable moments. He [did skin-to-skin] with him. It was just very intimate and really full of love, more than anything. So I’m grateful for that.”
