Happy Birthday, Cai Bridges. The daughter of rapper Ludacris and Tamika Fuller is celebrating her seventh birthday today.
The birthday girl kicked off her day with a trip to the hair salon. Mom Tamika writes, “HAAPPPYYYYYY 7TH BIRTHDAYYYYYY BABYYYYYY!! Kicking your day off with the trip to the salon you’ve always wanted. You fill my heart with love in all the places that I never thought existed. Love you beyond infinity and then some! Can’t wait to see you smile all day as we celebrate you! Special thank you to Nique @supernova8331 who’s been doing my hair since college. I trust no one else with this process but you!”
Meanwhile, Ludacris made sure to send his daughter a birthday shout out via Instagram stories. He wrote, ”Can’t believe you’re 7 already! Daddy loves you!”
Ludacris’ wife, Eudoxie, also made sure to send out birthday wishes.
She wrote, “Happy birthday to our beautiful princess Cai who turns 7 years old today! We love you baby girl and couldn’t be more proud of you.“
In 2015, a judge granted Ludacris and his ex, Tamika Fuller, joint legal custody of their daughter Cai, but Luda was awarded primary legal custody.
“After review of all the evidence, the testimony of the witnesses, the report of the guardian ad litem, and the claims made throughout this entire case, I am gratified that the judge found me to be the most fit and proper parent to have primary physical custody of our beautiful daughter,” Bridges said in an exclusive statement to PEOPLE.
A lawyer for Tamika stated at the time, ““While Ms. Fuller is joyous that the court granted her joint legal custody and joint physical custody of the parties’ 13-month-old daughter, she is devastated (and quite perplexed) that the court designated Mr. Bridges as primary physical custodian. Despite this unexpected result, Ms. Fuller will continue to focus on her role as mother to their precious daughter and as co-parent to Mr. Bridges and awaits the time that the pain of today’s decision subsides. She expresses her gratitude to all of those who have supported her during this difficult period.”
