Isaiah Russell-Bailey is set to take over the small screen as his upcoming Netflix film We Can Be Heroes will be released on December 25th!
If you are familiar with Sky Kids and The Adventures of Sharkboy & Lavagirl, then you know exactly what to expect from the visuals of this film because director Robert Rodriguez, who also directed Sky Kids and The Adventures of Sharkboy & Lavagirl, is at the helm of this new movie.
The synopsis: When alien invaders kidnap Earth’s superheroes, their kids are whisked away to a government safe house. But tween Missy Moreno, portrayed by Yaya Gosselin, will stop at nothing to rescue her superhero dad. Missy teams up with the rest of the superkids to escape their mysteriously strange government babysitter, Ms. Granada, portrayed by Priyanka Chopra Jonas. The kids will have to work together to save their by using their their individual powers.
The film also will star Christian Slater, Pedro Pascal, Boyd Holbrook, Vivien Blair, and Haley Reinhart, as well as Akira Akbar, Brittany Perry-Russell, Dylan Henry Lau, Hala Finley, Isaiah Russell-Bailey, Lotus Blossom and Quinton Johnson. Yet, there is also one more special actress that will star alongside Russell-Bailey, his mom!
Bailey has had an amazing career to date. He stars as Shaka on the Netflix comedy, Family Reunion, he has also starred on SWAT, Raven’s Home, and Criminal Minds.
