Kandi Burruss is a doting mom. The Real Housewives of Atlanta (RHOA) star recently shared photos of her younger kids, Ace and Blaze, with her social media fans.
“No better time than family time,” read the caption underneath a candid shared to Ace’s Instagram page. Kandi also doted on her daughter in a caption shared along with a series of pictures on her Instagram page. “This girl has turned our world upside down in the best way possible,” the RHOA star said.
It was just a few days ago that Blaze Tucker began to walk at just 10-months-old. “She did it,” Kandi exclaimed. “@blazetucker took her first couple of steps! She hasn’t even crawled but she decided to walk first. I’m so glad I didn’t miss this moment. I’m smiling from ear to ear right now!”
Kandi Burruss and her husband, Todd Tucker, welcomed their daughter last November. The celebrity couple used a surrogate to expand their family as complications prevented Kandi from giving birth to another child by traditional means.
“I think it’s easier for Todd to handle or deal with because as a man he’s used to somebody else carrying the baby,” Kandi shared when discussing the notion of using a surrogate to expand her family in 2018. “For me, it’s a little bit harder for me to deal with the thought because I’m supposed to carry my own kids in my mind,” Burruss admitted. “But, hey, with science, it’s made other options to be able to make it happen.”
Blaze Tucker celebrates her first birthday on Sunday, November 22, 2020, which is days before Thanksgiving Day. Stay tuned for more Real Housewives of Atlanta family news!
