There is nothing that Queen B will not do for her fans and that includes calling one who was emotional while watching Black is King.
The stunning visual album has gotten a plethora of reaction across a wide spectrum, but none like this. The clip posted by the young girls aunt has now been seen by thousands and Tina Lawson, Beyonce’s mother, made sure that her fans had the opportunity to see the reaction as well.
“This has me in tears. It makes all the stress and worry, all the haters , and negativity that was put out there to try to destruct , tear down and deter from her intentions,” Lawson posted on Instagram. “But this video makes it all worth while!!!! This is the message that Beyonce worked so hard to convey , I prayed hard that the message would get through and that little black girls everywhere could see the beauty that is in our Black people and our culture and our ancestors. She is beautiful and so is this!!!! ❤️”
Apparently Beyonce makes sure to catch what her mom is posting, and as a result, the superstar called up her young fan thank her for her reaction.
“She just wanted to personally thank my niece for such a beautiful reaction to her love letter to Africa,” the young girls aunt posted on Twitter. “She also wanted to tell her how gorgeous she is and tell her quote ‘you are my gift.'”
And of course, Lawson shared the deets on Instagram.
“I posted A little girl crying soo hard after seeing Black Is King and saying it was so beautiful!!!!” Lawson commented. “Beyonce called her and talked to her ! She was so happy!!!!!! This movie of videos , especially “Brown Skin Girl”touched so many girls, and women as well!!’! I was so happy she thought to call her in Africa without me asking her. 😂❤️❤️”
Beyonce truly has a heart of gold and continues to prove over and over again that her music is truly about the fans.
