Chanel Iman and Sterling Shepard celebrated their daughter’s second birthday this past weekend. The celebrity couple gave their baby girl a fabulous bash that was also quarantine-friendly.
The decorations made Cali Clay’s celebration a hit. Chanel and Sterling posted their daughter’s name in the backyard to further affirm the little one’s day. It was clear that the destination was the family’s home as Chanel and Sterling decorated their patio furniture to reflect the vibrant colors of the celebration. “Happy birthday to my baby girl,” Chanel wrote to her daughter.
Cali Clay spent the day with her parents and little sister, Cassie Snow. Chanel Iman and Sterling Shephard welcomed their youngest daughter last year. “Our Christmas gift came early,” Chanel told her Instagram fans after giving birth to her and Sterling’s newest family addition.
It was no secret that Chanel Iman wanted more children after giving birth to Cali in 2018. The model, however, made it clear that she wanted to wait at least one year before trying for another baby.
“I need at least a year,” Chanel said during a 2018 interview. “Maybe [Sterling] wants it soon, but I can’t,” the celebrity mom added. “I have to wait at least a year. I want to enjoy Cali, give Cali her time, and then, you know.”
