If your kids loved the animated DreamWorks hit film series, How To Train Your Dragon, then get ready because the adorable dragons are back and this time it is going to be simply musical on your screen.
The upcoming 45-minute special, entitled Dragons: Rescue Riders: The Secrets of The Songwing, will release on Netflix on July 24th and it will keep your kids glued to the screens as DreamWorks combines the magic of dragons and music. According to Netflix, this new adventure will see the Rescue Riders, “race to save Aggro after she falls under the spell of Melodia, a Songwing dragon with a melodic call that enchants anyone who hears it.”
In the new special, Melodia hypnotize dragons and humans alike. The best part, kids will find it easy and fun to sing along too.
Dragons: Rescue Riders, a spinoff series from the movie, How To Train Your Dragon, has been a popular DreamWorks series for two seasons as it follows Dak, Leyla, and their dragons to rescue any and everyone that needs help, while at the same time defending their home.
This is the second special for Dak and the gang as they already had a special that released back in March entitled, Dragons: Rescue Riders: Hunt For The Golden Egg. Just in case you want to view before the new special is ready for you to “watch now,” Dragons: Rescue Riders: Hunt For The Golden Egg takes the Dak, Leyla, and their dragons on a treasure hunt to find a golden dragon egg to stop evil pirates from getting their hands on it.
Although Dragons: Rescue Riders: The Secrets of The Songwing is recommended for kids ages five and up, it is definitely something that the entire family will be able to sit back and enjoy together.
