North West is celebrating her birthday all week long! Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s oldest daughter went to Wyoming to ring in her seventh birthday after getting beautiful tributes from her mom and grandmother, Kris Jenner, on her special day.
“Happy Birthday to my beautiful granddaughter, Northie,” Kris exclaimed in an Instagram post on Monday (June 15). “From the very first moment we met on the day you were born, you have brought all of us so much happiness and joy,” the celebrity grandmother shared. “You are so creative and talented and funny and kind and you have the biggest best heart … what a blessing you are, Northie.”
North West was born on June 15, 2013. Many were shocked to learn of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s name choice for their daughter, which is why Kris Jenner explained the celebrity couple’s inspiration.
“The way she explained it to me was North means ‘highest power,'” Kris shared with the press. “And she says that North is [Kim and Kanye’s] highest point together,” the celebrity grandmother shared. “And I thought that was really sweet.”
North has definitely impacted the lives of those around her. “You are everything and more than I ever dreamed of,” Kim wrote to her oldest daughter on her birthday. “The most stylist creative Gemini performer ever,” the Keeping Up With The Kardashians (KUWTK) star added. “I love you to your alien planet and back!”
