The daughter of the late NBA basketball great Kobe Bryant, Capri Bryant, has hit a new milestone in her growth and development as she took her first steps over the weekend.

And of course, proud mom, Vanessa Bryant shared the news of her 11-month-old’s first steps on Instagram. “So proud of my Koko Bean,” she captioned the image. “Capri took her first steps from her auntie Sophie to mama today.”
In the video, Vanessa is seen grabbing her daughter in a tight embrace, smothering her with kisses, exclaiming, “I knew you could do it!”
In May, Vanessa shared another photo of Capri, captioning it, “Capri looks just like her daddy (in Gigi’s outfit)!”

Kobe Bryant, who was a proud #girldad, would unquestionably be beaming with pride at his adorable little angel’s progress. Bryant, 41, died at the beginning of the year in January in a Southern Californian helicopter crash, which not only tragically claimed his life, but it also claimed the life of his daughter Gianna Bryant and seven other souls. On April 18th, Kobe and Vanessa would have celebrated their 19th wedding anniversary. Along with Capri and Gianna, the couple had two other beautiful daughters: 17-year-old Natalia and 3-year-old Bianka.
