Happy Birthday, Monroe and Moroccan Cannon! Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey’s kids celebrated their ninth birthday on Thursday (April 30).
“Dang, [it] feels like I took this picture yesterday,” Nick Cannon shared online on his twins’ birthday. The celebrity father also uploaded a candid of Monroe and Moroccan when they were babies. “Nine years have sped by and these two will be preteens soon,” Nick exclaimed. “Somebody please slow this ride down,” he continued. “Happy Birthday, Roc and Roe. Two of the greatest gifts a father could ever have! I love you!”
Mariah Carey also gave birthday wishes to her kids. “Happy Birthday Roc and Roe,” the celebrity mom wrote online. “My babies are nine [years old],” she exclaimed. “I love you so much.”
Monroe and Moroccan joined the multitude of other celebrity kids who enjoyed virtual birthday parties due to the coronavirus lockdown. Mariah Carey went all out to make her kids’ day special with personalized t-shirts and a party in the living room that included snacks and a large stuffed animal.
“So glad they were still able to celebrate their special day with their friends,” one fan said upon seeing pictures from Roe and Roc’s party online. Another social media fan crowned Monroe and Moroccan as the “King and Queen of Zoom.”
Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon’s kids have also developed quite the following on TikTok thanks to their hand washing video and dance challenge clips. A more recent clip of Mariah and her kids on TikTok celebrated St. Patrick’s Day with the “Flip The Switch” challenge.
What will Monroe and Moroccan do next? We will have to keep watching “dem babies” to find out!
