Kevin McCall is drawing a line in the sand. The producer took to Instagram on Tuesday (April 7) night to declare that he refused to put out new music while being unable to see his kids.
“No new music until I see my children,” Kevin wrote online. “I can’t choose the world over them,” the celebrity father added. “I’ll figure out music when I have visitation with police around to protect us from the lies and abuse the mothers have put us through the past six years … I’ve won this fight with my oldest. I’ll win again.”

Some supported Kevin McCall in his apparent quest to have more rights as a father. Many, however, wondered why he decided to discuss the matter after the release of the snippet for the upcoming episode of the Real Housewives of Atlanta, which featured Eva Marcille telling Cynthia Bailey that her daughter’s “donor” wanted full custody and child support.
“He’s trying to get custody of Marley,” Eva told Cynthia. “He hasn’t bought the baby a cheeseburger but he wants child support,” the celebrity mom added. Eva did not let Kevin’s actions keep her from enjoying her new home with her growing family.
“At this point, I have reconciled with the reality that Kevin’s crazy,” the RHOA star told viewers during her interview segment on the show. “And he’s just going to be crazy,” she added. “I can’t live in fear and I can’t let him affect Marley at all.”
Eva Marcille retains full custody of Marley Rae while Kevin McCall has no visitation rights. The RHOA star recently changed her daughter’s last name from McCall to Sterling to better reflect the situation in which Eva has deemed her husband, Michael Sterling, as Marley’s father.
