Nearly twenty percent of adults in the United States battled with mental illness in 2018. Still, even with one in five adults struggling with mental health, the subject of mental wellness is not given enough attention. Deyjah Harris is hoping to change things.

T.I.’s daughter recently shared her personal struggle with wellness and how she works to overcome issues with self-esteem that sometimes lead to depression and anxiety. See what the 18-year-old says in the video above.
