O.T. Genasis had sweet words for his 10-year-old son, Genasis Flores, in a recent Instagram post. The celebrity father expressed gratitude while celebrating his oldest child’s birthday on Monday (March 23).

“I was broke when I had you,” O.T. Genasis wrote to his son. “[I was] trying [to] figure life out [and] running [the] streets,” the celebrity father added. “Being at my lowest point and having a child with ‘Autism’ but it never tore me down,” O.T. added. “Now, we best friends and our lives changed. I love you son.”

O.T. Genasis delved into his son’s diagnosis during a recent interview on The Therapist. “When he was 2-years-old, you would call his name, and he would not respond to you,” the celebrity father revealed.
“With autism, it’s so many different things,” O.T. explained. “I just watch him put everything in order. [He doesn’t] want anything out of place. If you hit anything, or one of his toys are out of place, he’ll go crazy.”
Genasis Flores is truly the light of his father’s life. “I’ve always been about him,” O.T. Genasis said during his interview. “That’s probably one of my rare soft spots,” the celebrity father admitted.
