One candid showed Dwyane and his oldest son. Zaire stood tall beside his dad. The young adult gave his father a serious look, which Dwyane returned to Zaire. “Mr. Wade, I love your son,” one fan said.
Another candid showed Dwyane with his daughter. Zaya received the love of his father while rocking a sweatshirt from the brand’s latest collection. “Lovely,” one social media viewer wrote online. Many YnG DNA Instagram subscribers agreed.
Dozens have praised Dwyane Wade for supporting his daughter during her transition. The celebrity father recently told the press that Zaya approached him and Gabrielle Union with her desire to be recognized as a girl going forward.
“Zaya’s always known,” Dwyane Wade revealed during a segment on his ESPN documentary, Life Unexpected. “I think that’s one of the things I’m proud of as a father is that I’ve built an environment around my house that my kids should not be afraid to come and talk to me about real life, real issues,” he explained.
“You ain’t got to tell me everything,” Dwyane continued. “But when it comes to things that, you know, affects you, come and sit down and talk to me and my wife.”
