“It’s like I’m trying to process Kobe being gone but my body refuses to accept my Gigi will never come back to me. It feels wrong,” Bryant said. “Why should I be able to wake up another day when my baby girl isn’t being able to have that opportunity,” Vanessa asked.

Kobe and Gianna Bryant were killed in a helicopter crash last month. The former NBA player and his daughter were two of nine victims in the accident.

“I’m so mad,” Vanessa told her supporters on Monday. “[Gianna] had so much life to live.” Vanessa went on to clarify that she was not angry with her husband and daughter for leaving her. “[I’m] mad I’m not with Kobe and Gigi but thankful I’m here with Natalia, Bianka, and Capri,” she said.
